This is our download area where our clients can obtain a username
and password to gain access to some of our files that are too large
to email. With the username and password authorised people will
be able to FTP (which means File transfer Protocol) to our website.
FTP is just an alternative form of transfering files over the internet.
To receive a username and password in order
to gain access to our download area please contact us at inquiries@haah.com.au
Once you have your username and password, click
below
Go to Our Download
Centre
Note: The
process will vary depending if you are on a PC or a Macintosh.
|
| If you are downloading from
our site: |
| PC: You
should be able to simply highlight the file by clicking on
it once. then right click on your mouse and go “copy
to folder”
and copy it to somewhere on your computer. |
| Macintosh: On
a Mac you can press “control and click the mouse on the file” and
go to “Download link to Disk” and copy it to somewhere on
your computer. |
| Depending on what type
of file it is you should be able to open the file as long
as you have the correct program. eg Word file - you will
need “Word”, a pdf file and you will need Acrobat
Reader etc. |
|
| If you are uploading to
our site: |
| PC: You
should be able to simply drap the file you want to upload
directly onto the Browser window and it will copy the file
there. If you have any problem like the file trying to open
in your browser instead of copying file then it may be better
to use a ftp program such as WS-FTP, Cute FTP or Bulletproof.
There are some FREE FTP programs available also. If you don’t
have it you can download a copy from the list below. |
| Macintosh: When
uploading from a Mac it is generally better to use an FTP
program such as Fetch, Transmit or similar. there is a link
to get it from below. |
