Our team prepared a thorough Photograohic Archival Recording of the local and state heritage listed Imperial Hotel, in fulfillment of conditions outlined by council in seeking a DA. Sue Rosen Associates were commissioned to assess the heritage significance of a small portion of historic road that had been protected by a covenant on the land title for 30 and 30A Millstream Grove. We assessed the appropriateness of the curtilage, impacts on the site’s significance since the covenant was placed, potential for future research, and relationship of the remaining physical evidence of the road to publicly owned land.
